Prof.Prem Kumar Khatry, PhD.
Patron		 Prof. Khatry did his PhD in Anthropology from the University of California under the Fulbright Scholarship Schemes, USA. He worked as the Dean, faculty of Humanities at Tribhuvan University, the Director at CNAS and Board member of Lumbini Development Fund. Currently, he is the Principal Pyramid Higher Secondary School and College. He has written several books related to Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work and Buddhism.
Bhagawan Kumar Karki
Chairman		 Mr. Karki has done Master’s in English Literature from the Tribhuvan University, Nepal. As a lecturer, he taught English to the under-graduate students at different colleges in Nepal for over a decade. He also worked as the Chief Administrator at Nobel Medical College and Teaching Hospital for three years. Since its establishment in 2004, Mr. Karki is working as the founding Chairman for Ideal Friendship –Nepal. He has visited many countries to take part in different seminars and conferences. He has visited UK, America, Switzerland, France, Japan and many more other countries.
BalKrishna Basnet
Manager		 Mr. Basnet has done Master’s in English Education from the Tribhuvan University, Nepal in 2006. Since then, he is teaching at different colleges in Kathmandu in the part time basis to the undergraduate students. He has also written the textbook named “Phonetics and Phonology” for M.Ed. First year and is going to publish an anthology of short stories “Conflict” and Gajal in Nepali language. Mr. Basnet has been working as the Manager at Ideal Friendship-Nepal over two years. He has been to India, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand to visit as well as to take part in different programmes.

Narendra Kumar Basnet
International Consultant

Mr. Basnet is a university graduate, worked as a teacher/consultant at different schools in Nepal for several years. Beside this, he has been involved as a model, artist and anchor in different programs both inside and outside the country. He has completed Master’s Research in Sociology and Anthropology from St. Andrews University Osaka, Japan. After his study in Japan, he has been working in a reputed hotel in Osaka Japan. He is recognized as the Vice President at NRN Kanasai, Japan. At the same time, Mr. Basnet has been contributing to Ideal Friendship-Nepal for 3 years as an Intearnational Consultant.
Hem Raj Gautam
Post Program Co-ordinator		 Mr. Gautam has done Bachelor Degree in Economics from Mahendra Morang Campus Biratnagar . He has long experience in Teaching and looking at the administration of a Secondary School as the Principal. He has also worked in RWSS (Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project) as a field coordinator for two years. He has been working at Ideal Friendship-Nepal for over a year. He is Post Program Co-ordinator head of Ideal Friendship-Nepal.
Subash Basnet
Marketing Cum IT Officer		 Mr. Basnet has done B. E. Computer from Purbanchal University Nepal. As a full time Marketting cum IT Officer, Mr. Basnet has been working at Ideal Friendship-Nepal since February 2009. He has experiences of teaching as Computer Science Teacher in Unique Nepal Academy for more than a year. He obtained very good marks and caliber candidate in his study.
