Community Learning Center:
Not only to the school but we help to establish the learning center in the community. We are planning to construct the community learning center in Kavresthali VDC of Kathmandu District. This center will help to create the learning environment for the youth of the community with the modern libraries and well equipped computer labs.
Public Toilet:
The historical public places which lack the toilet also create the problem to the passersby. There are some public places which do not have toilet at all, others lack separate toilets. There are some communities which are unaware of the need of toilets. As a result, they are using their near by fields and forests as the toilets. Therefore, we want to make aware the people and construct the toilet for them both in the community and in the historical places.
Gardening/Horticulture:
Horticulture is an emerging field in the Nepali flower market. People knowingly or unknowingly and directly or indirectly are involved in flower culture. For this, we are planning to establish a nursery in Chainpur VDC of Chitwan district. The local women will be involved to plan, participate and lead the society and collect the funds and we will match funds with them. This project is also known as the “Women Empowering Project”. The women from the underprivileged groups and untouchables will be grouped themselves and work for the flower beds. At the mean time, the will collect the money bit by bit. They will sell the plants of flower and collect money and we will add the money as they have collected and make them sustainable themselves for the further plan.
